The Foundation holds exclusive copyright for the reproduction and distribution of Marc-Aurèle Fortin’s works.

Although his works are now in the public domain in Canada, they are still protected elsewhere. In some cases, for example for diffusion on the Internet or for distribution abroad, a license must be obtained. In such cases, a fee may be charged and the mention “©Marc-Aurèle Fortin Foundation for the Arts” may be required.

We therefore ask that you verify this with the Copyright Visual Arts/Droit d’Auteur Arts Visuels.
